At present, the research institute has a high-level faculty team with rich teaching experience, strong scientific research capabilities, reasonable team structure, and the courage to explore and innovate. At present, there are 18 team members, including 14 professors and associate professors. There are 10 high-level talents, including national ten thousand talent plan leading talents, national cultural celebrities and "four one batch" talents, experts enjoying special subsidies from the State Council, chief experts of major projects of the National Social Science Fund, Mount Taishan series talent project in Shandong Province, and social science celebrities in Shandong Province. The research institute has 4 postdoctoral fellows, 12 doctoral and master's students, and 4 external distinguished professors.
